Respect people and their choices
Do not use the service for stalking, harassment, threats, doxxing, discrimination, or attempts to locate or target people for harm.
Finding or validating contact information does not grant permission to call, email, or message someone. You are responsible for applicable outreach rules, consent requirements, suppression lists, and opt-out requests. Do not send spam or impersonate another person or organisation.
Protect the service and its sources
- Do not bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits, billing controls, or provider restrictions.
- Do not upload malware, steal credentials, probe accounts you do not control, or disrupt availability.
- Do not submit information you lack permission or a lawful basis to process.
- Do not resell or redistribute restricted data or remove required attribution.
- Do not misrepresent generated content, estimates, or uncertain matches as verified facts.
Reporting and enforcement
